Karaoke first originated in Japan and is one of Japan’s three major inventions to the world (instant noodle drying method, animation, and karaoke). They used simple things like TV microphones and other simple things that can be used to sing while drinking in the bar. Later, with the development of technology, it evolved into today’s karaoke. Introduced to Taiwan, and then from Taiwan to the mainland, there is today's karaoke scene.
The original meaning of karaoke in Japanese is "unaccompanied band". In the 1960s, Mr. Daisuke Inoue worked as a drummer for a salon band in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan when he was a young man. He invented the backing sound track and portable microphone. In less than three years, karaoke has become popular, and big companies have plagiarized Inoue's ideas and launched their own models. By the time someone suggested that he apply for a patent, it was already too late. Inoue admitted: "I never thought about applying for a patent."
This concept existed before Inoue invented 8-Juke (eight-channel jukebox) in 1971, and 8-Juke is a red and white wooden box equipped with a microphone, amplifier, and eight-track cassette player. , And the dashboard is marked in English to make it look "fashionable". Inoue used this prototype karaoke as a drum accompaniment for a band without a singer, and played it when customers wanted to sing in the salon. Later, he thought that he could use the machine to achieve the function of accompaniment.




Karaoke development
At the dance party in the 1960s, there were traditional bands to accompany people. During this period, there have been forms in which singers use singing to accompany people to dance. This is the first time that the accompaniment music and the singing voice are separated into two separate parts.

This kind of Karaoke game quickly became popular in Japan and caused a lot of disturbance in the society. In some bars, cafes, and dance halls, the boss quit the original band and adopted a set of audio equipment. This was dissatisfied by a large number of electro-acoustic bands, who protested to the entertainment industry and Karaoke manufacturers. In 1989, KARAOKE dance halls appeared in Beijing, which grew to 100 in 1990, 200 in 1991, and 400 in 1992. By 1993, it had grown to 600.
