Product 3D Structural Design: Drawing upon nearly 20 years of extensive experience in acoustic structure development, our structural designers define the product's internal architecture, ensuring a seamless integration of acoustic spatial requirements and custom design aesthetics.
PCBA & Electronics Design: Our professional electronics engineers design the matching PCBA boards and drivers based on the product's positioning, ensuring the audio quality achieves the ideal high-end standard—characterized by clarity and an absence of distortion or background noise.
Functional Prototype Production: Once the appearance, internal structure, and electronics designs are finalized, we produce functional prototypes using the client's specified materials. These prototypes are submitted to the client for verification of functionality, aesthetics, and material quality.
Mold Production: Following the client's approval of the prototype, we proceed with the precision manufacturing of production molds, providing mold samples to the client for final verification.
Mass Production Sample Run: Upon approval of the mold samples, we produce a batch of pre-production samples in accordance with the client's order specifications. Once these samples receive final client approval, we proceed with full-scale mass production, thereby completing the entire product development cycle.
